BGame

“BGame: Innovative Strategic Management Games as a teaching methodology for entrepreneurship and business education” is an European initiative funded by the European Commission (Erasmus+) that aims at creating a strategic management digital twin for SMEs to further improve the strategic management skills of SME employees and managers and extend the learning opportunities of individual adult learners in entrepreneurial contexts.

The BGame Project is co-funded by the ERASMUS+ program of the European Union and submitted under key action: cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, action type: strategic partnerships for vocational education and training, with the project number: 2015-1-PT01-KA202-012963.

The BGame project is formed of 7 partners from 5 countries: Portugal represented by Plataforma para a Educação do Empreendedorismo em Portugal and Inova+, Spain represented by FyG Consultores and Fundacion Equipo Humano, Romania represented by our company - ASSIST Software, Austria represented by Die Berater, and Poland represented by Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny W Poznaniu.

The BGame simulator will also offer a set of innovative learning resources (within the game) that further supports managers and entrepreneurs to take the best decisions for their businesses regarding strategic management. To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the following target-groups will be approached:

• SME representatives, including managers, directors at primary level and employees at the second level;
• Trainers, especially in-company trainers, dealing with overall Business & Management areas, and specifically with Strategic Management;
•  All those interested and/or operating in business, including entrepreneurs, start-up owners/representatives, and others.
