ASSIST Software cares about your privacy. The policy refers to the types of information collected from you while you are using the website and the ways in which ASSIST Software uses this information.

When do we collect information?

(1) submit an inquiry to our contact form;
(2) apply for a job position through our websites;
(3) subscribe to our newsletter;
(4) participate in contests and surveys, or otherwise participate in activities we promote that might require information about you.

How we use the information we collect depends in part on the purpose you accessed our websites for. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.
Communication with you. If you submitted an inquiry about our services, we’ll use your email and/or phone number to reply or send further details. If you subscribed to our newsletter form, we’ll send updates via email. If you submitted your CV for an opening job position and accepted or not, we’ll store the file for future use, and we might contact you via email or phone number in the future.
Also, we might use the personal data you submitted to us for participation in contests, surveys, or in other activities to contact you or use it for various Social media posts.
Compliance with legal, regulatory and law enforcement requests. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
Website analytics. We use web analytics tools to collect information about how you interact with our website or mobile applications, including what ASSIST Software related pages you visit, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use and network and IP information. We use the information provided by these tools for website analytics. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
How do we use 'cookies'?
We are using Google Analytics for statistics about our website visitors. The cookies are collected in an anonymous form by Google Analytics and are used to provide information about how visitors use our website. Type of data collected:

- The date and time of your visits
- Referral sources
- Information about the device, browser and operating system you are using

How we secure, store and retain your data

How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
(1) Data collected by submitting inquiries about our service and the email used to subscribe to our newsletter – we don’t delete it until you request us to do so.
(2) CVs and other data used for applying to our opening jobs, or data used to participate in contests, surveys or other activities – we will keep it up to 5 years.
If a data breach occurs:
- We will notify you via email within 7 business days;
- We will notify the users via in-site notification within 7 business days;
- We will notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours.
Changes in our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page, at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
