OPEN DOORS ASSIST 2019

I. Introduction
ASSIST Open Doors is the biggest event organized by ASSIST Software for the students of Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava who study technology and engineering. If you are interested in meeting our team and learning more about the latest technologies, join us for the 11th edition of ASSIST Open Doors, which will take place on the 20th of March 2019 at Stefan cel Mare University in Building E at 10:00 AM. The main theme of this year's event will be "Artificial Intelligence - from Code to Innovation".
II. Agenda
The event will start at 10:00 AM in the main lobby of Building E. Students can check out the stands that are in the hallway (outside of the large hall) to find out about some of ASSIST's projects, including projects from the latest Best Innovative Minds competition, an internal competition that encourages ASSIST employees to be innovative and brings their creative ideas to life. In addition to learning about ASSIST's projects, students will have the opportunity to network and try out amazing AR & VR live experiences developed by the ASSIST team.
After this, the Official Opening will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the large hall in Building E (aula mare) during which you will discover why you should study Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
We wanted to make this year's edition our most ambitious one yet, therefore we decided to upgrade the event format by having more technical presentations and more opportunities for you to have a glimpse into our company culture. We decided to split our speakers' presentations into three separate tracks that will take place at the same time (please see the agenda for details).
This way you will have the chance to learn more about the topics you are really passionate about, such as game development, blockchain, AR, machine learning & more. We encourage discussions, curiosity and fruitful exchanges of concepts and ideas.
Just make sure to book your seat in advance and check in at the registration desk when you arrive at the event.
III. Prize-winning raffle
At the end of the event, one winner will be randomly selected from all entries made during ASSIST Open Doors 2019. Please register before 01:50 pm for a chance to be selected. The prize is the all-new Echo Show (2nd Gen), the latest smart speaker of the Amazon Echo line of products. The device features a new look, a vibrant 10.1” HD screen, built-in smart home hub, and improved speakers.
