ASSIST Software is happy to announce the release of our new mobile app, developed as part of the Erasmus+ START project. We are excited to share that the app is now available for download on both Google Play and the App Store, offering valuable insights and information related to internationalization strategies, challenges, and opportunities as identified by retailers and trainers in the field of business internationalization from Belgium, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, and Romania.
To gather comprehensive insights into the aspects mentioned above, the project consortium conducted a meticulously designed survey among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the retail sector. Additionally, to further enrich our findings, we conducted in-depth focus groups with experienced internationalization trainers, who provided valuable input on the challenges faced by retailers when expanding their businesses internationally, as well as on the level of training opportunities in each country.
The combination of our comprehensive survey and in-depth focus group discussions has allowed us to gather valuable insights and perspectives from both SMEs in the retail sector and internationalization trainers. These insights have formed the foundation of our app, providing practical and data-driven information to retailers looking to navigate the complex landscape of internationalization.
ASSIST Software has designed and implemented the mobile application, adhering to the highest standards of User Experience (UX) requirements. Our team has put in significant efforts to ensure that the app offers a seamless and intuitive user experience, allowing users to easily navigate and interact with the app.
Furthermore, we have conducted thorough data extraction, data analysis, and data preparation activities to ensure that the survey results displayed in the app are accurate and reliable. Our team has employed robust data processing techniques to organize and analyze the data collected from the survey, ensuring that the results are presented in a meaningful way to users.
Download the START Mobile App now to explore our findings in depth and gain a deeper understanding of internationalization strategies, challenges, and opportunities in the retail sector.
