These terms of use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use"), govern the relationship between you and ASSIST Software and your use of the App myASSIST to which you have access, and any product or service that requires an internet connection or ASSIST Software Account to access, install, use, or play, any ASSIST Software Account you use to access online or mobile products or services, and any ASSIST Software website, including but not limited to https://assist-software.net/ and any service accessible from an ASSIST Software webpage offered by ASSIST Software may have its own specific Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and if you download, access, or use an ASSIST Software Service, you agree to also be bound by its specific Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
HESE TETHESEOF USE CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and ASSIST Software. When you use an ASSIST Software Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms, conditions, and restrictions in these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. You acknowledge that you may access and/or download some ASSIST Software Services for free, and while there may be additional content or services available for purchase within some ASSIST Software Services ("In-App Purchases"), such In-App Purchases are entirely voluntary and not required to participate in or advance within ASSIST Software Services. You also acknowledge that you may not access and/or download other ASSIST Software Services without executing a separate agreement with ASSIST Software which may require you to pay for content or services ("Service Charges").
By using the Services, you agree to observe and be bound by this Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with its terms. Please do not use the Services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.
When Do We Collect Personal Information?
We collect only information you provide us through the App or by using Google Play Services (GPS), or App Store Services, including:
§ When you fill in your personal info: we ask for personal identifiable information such as your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, Personal Identification Number, Address, Gender, Nationality. We use this information to send you personal email notifications and account updates, as well as mobile notifications.
§ When you use myASSIST: we collect information about the holiday requests you make so you can use this information to keep track of your requests submitted to date, and at the point of the request, we inform your co-workers, manager, or approver of this request.
§ When you submit a bug report (via our app): When you send a bug report via the mobile app, you’ll provide your email, name, details of the bug report. We automatically send supporting technical details such as your mobile device model, and operating system version. reported bug.

Information Provided to Us by Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, like Google Play Games Services (GPGS) and Google Analytics when you use these services in connection with our products.
Google Analytics will collect visitation information and associate it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalization. This Google information may include end user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google—and is used to provide aggregated and anonymized insights into your users’ cross device behaviors.

Security of our player’s information is a priority at ASSIST, and we take a range of measures to help protect it, following software security best practices and following standard development procedures.
How We Secure, Store and Retain Your Data
We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilization of encryption where appropriate. ASSIST Software is ISO 27001 certified - https://assist-software.net/about-us/certifications
We keep the information we collect for an undefined period of time to allow players to access their profiles, save games and high scores.
