We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in optimizing business processes related to business development and ensuring the satisfaction and growth of our key accounts. This position bridges business relationship management (BRM) with operational strategy, requiring strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
5+ years of experience in business operations, account management, or customer success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills including active listening and detail observation.
Develop trusted advisor relationships and collaborate with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Demonstrate initiative, working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and development) to resolve client issues and deliver on expectations.
Identify new business opportunities with new leads or existing clients, linking areas of improvement by understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
German speaking – for better interaction through our German headquarters in Augsburg.
Experience in the custom software development industry; experience in the EU/ US markets.
Knowledge of data visualization tools & CRM from Microsoft Suite (e.g. Power BI, Dynamics).
Demonstrable experience of analyzing and improve operational processes related to business development to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reporting, and resource allocation.
Work collaboratively in Figma, to augment existing or create new presentation materials.
Leverage data insights through KPIs, to generate reports on account health and process improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
