ASSIST Java Contest is an online coding competition organized by ASSIST Software in Suceava on https://codesignal.com/.
ASSIST Java Contest is the perfect opportunity for you to shine and prove you’re a high-skilled Java Developer.
The main purpose of this contest is to bring together the best Java coders and challenge them to unleash their true potential in solving 3 custom made coding problems.
The winner will not only gain a 1000 lei cash prize, but a great deal of experience and fame in the Coding Universe.

No, the registration in the ASSIST Coding Challenge is FREE of charge.
During the ASSIST Java contest, you should only use Java. The participants who will use other programming languages will be disqualified. Be patient, other coding challenges will follow!
The ASSIST Java Contest will take place online at https://codesignal.com.
Fill in the registration form at the top of this page, no later than the November 23rd 2018, at 23:59 p.m. You will receive the confirmation via email along with a private link for the competition. The link will become active when the contest starts, on November 24th, at 10.00 am.
All participants compete to solve the same set of tasks and the score you get on each task depends on how accurately you solve it.
There will be 3 Codewriting problems – with a maximum score of 300. It is important that you understand the requirements of the algorithm and the fact that you have to write functions from scratch. The good news is, you have an unlimited number of submit attempts!
You can run your code as much as you want before submitting and it will run against sample test cases only. When you actually submit your solution we run it on all tests. Your score depends on how many tests your program will pass before the first fail. If you pass all the tests, you will get the maximum score for that task. Note that sample tests don't award you points, so you need to pass some of the non-sample tests to get a positive score.
In case of an equal score, the participant with lower time penalty is ranked higher. During tournaments, your time penalty is the time of your last score increase. So the user who reached the same score first will be ranked higher.
You can use the Comments section on the contest page and one member from the ASSIST support team will help you in real time.
Any enthusiastic Java developer that takes coding seriously and has a proven experience in working on real projects.
You will have 3 hours to solve the 3 challenges. The faster you are, the bigger the chances to win the prizes.
ASSIST Java Contest is organized by the people of ASSIST, a team of young and innovative people who have fun while doing what they love, which is building great software.
After the contest ends, the winner is contacted on the phone and via email by ASSIST Software in order present them with the prize.
