SkillHelp Third Transnational Partners’ Meeting in Valencia

Although there have not been recent updates on the project's status, the SkillHelp project has been advancing seamlessly. To ensure proper project monitorization and to carefully plan the final stages, partners got together in Valencia, for the third Transnational Partners’ Meeting. This meeting was skillfully hosted and organized by FyG, on the 28th and 29th of August 2023, to accommodate a hybrid format.
The central point of discussion revolved around the SkillHelp eLearning platform we are on the verge of launching. The ten compelling courses are designed to elevate the soft skills of social workers and enhance the quality of the services they provide. For each of the ten soft skills, the consortium has developed, in collaboration with experienced social workers, a diagnostics tool designed to assess the current skill level and identify areas of improvement.
During the meeting, ASSIST Software provided an update on the status of the eLearning platform. The English version of the online course has been successfully uploaded, featuring engaging interactive activities. Active preparations are ongoing for the uploading of translations into Polish, Spanish, Greek, and Bulgarian. Partners conducted extensive discussions to establish the details related to the platform's testing, with both internal and external evaluations being envisaged.
The second day of the meeting was primarily dedicated to administrative tasks, quality assurance aspects, and project dissemination, covering all the items on the meeting agenda.
The SkillHelp consortium will have the opportunity to meet again for one last time at the beginning of 2024, in Cyprus, to mark the project’s end.
