ASSIST Software empowers the next generations of tech professionals

As the IT industry evolves fast, young and talented innovators are at the forefront of progress. As technology continues transforming how we live, study, and work, we must nurture and support the next generation of tech professionals to keep pace with the trends and changes.
That's why ASSIST Software supports and empowers young people interested in pursuing IT careers. With a mission to inspire and educate students about the endless possibilities in the technology sector, ASSIST Software has been reaching out to high schools and colleges in Suceava County to provide guidance, advice, and support to young tech enthusiasts.
We were honored to be joined by Associate Professor Ovidiu Schipor and Ph.D. student Alexandru Șiean, who presented the study opportunities available at USV's Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. They spoke about the importance of education and personal development in technology. Their insights were particularly relevant for the students, emphasizing the need for continuous learning and self-improvement to become a great professional.
Valuable insights for students at High Schools and Colleges in Suceava County
Our first visit was to the Dimitrie Cantemir Economic College in Suceava, where students had the opportunity to learn about the necessary steps for a successful IT career with employees from ASSIST Software’s mobile and HR departments. We were impressed with the students' keen interest and eagerness to learn and develop their skills, which left us feeling enthusiastic and encouraged to continue engaging with young minds.
At Petru Rareș National High School, we had the pleasure of meeting many students who had already decided to pursue a career in technology. We provided them with insights into the industry and offered advice on how to best prepare for a successful career. Their passion for IT was evident, and we believe many of them will achieve great things.
Also, we were delighted to welcome a group of "Vasile Alecsandri" Bacău University students with a passion for IT to our office HQ in Suceava. As a company that values the importance of sharing knowledge and expertise, we gave these students valuable information and guidance in choosing a career in IT that suits their interests and abilities, and the day-to-day activities of a software developer.
Our outreach efforts continued with visits to several high schools, including Nicu Gane National College in Fălticeni, Mihai Eminescu National College in Suceava, Ștefan cel Mare National College in Suceava, Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi National College in Rădăuți, and Filadelfia High School in Suceava. During these visits, our experienced software developers engaged with students and shared valuable insights and strategies for success in the IT industry. They discussed the skills and qualifications required to excel in the field.
Our final visit was to Spiru Haret National College of Computer Science, where we had the opportunity to meet with students who are interested in pursuing an IT career. Our experienced software developers shared insights on the different career paths they can pursue and answered debunked common misconceptions about working in the industry. We were impressed with the students' passion for technology and eagerness to learn, and we hope our visit has inspired them to pursue their goals in this field.

Our visits to high schools in the Suceava area have been a great success, and we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to speak with many curious students.
