In Romania, BAT was the first player in the industry to introduce the entire range of reduced risk* non-combustible tobacco and nicotine products, which include Vuse e-cigarettes, glo – tobacco and herbal heating product, and VELO – modern oral nicotine pouches. Currently, BAT is the largest player in the Romanian tobacco market, with over 50% market share. (*Based on the weight of evidence and assuming a complete switch from cigarette smoking. These products are not risk-free and are addictive).

Our journey with OneUp began in 2023 when a winning pitch secured a long-term collaboration. From day one, ASSIST Software has been dedicated to enhancing the platform, addressing performance challenges, improving security, and refining UX/UI to deliver a great user experience.
Initially, we focused on stabilizing performance and resolving critical UX/UI issues to ensure a solid foundation. Once the platform was optimized, we shifted towards a comprehensive front-end revamp and UX improvements, making navigation more intuitive and engaging for users.
