How did we do it?
The solution involved accruing existing and future company data in a centralized cloud-based Datawarehousing (DW), benefiting employees via an AI Chatbot and business analysts via BI-specific tools like PowerBI. Data gathering was done using Azure Data Factory pipelines, from various data sources and were loaded into the DW system which used a combination of Data Lakes & Azure Databricks.

Multi-source data integration
Directly connects to SQL, NoSQL, and other types of databases to fetch real-time data. Accesses files, spreadsheets, and PDFs stored in SharePoint libraries, or ingests data from other SaaS applications through their APIs, ensuring a comprehensive data pool.
AI query processing
Employees can ask questions in natural language, and the Artificial Intelligence interprets and fetches the required data. The chatbot retains context for follow-up questions, making interactions more intuitive, human-like, and exceptionally easy to navigate.
Data security and privacy compliance
All data transactions are encrypted to ensure confidentiality and integrity and role-based access control is set to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information. The platform also adheres to industry standards and regulations such as GDPR.
