ASSIST Software Advances Development of Self-SDG Mobile App

ASSIST Software is making significant progress in developing the Self-SDG Mobile App, an interactive tool designed to promote sustainable behaviors and raise awareness about the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The app's architecture and design are nearly complete, and the implementation phase has begun. This innovative app will be available for both Android and iOS systems, ensuring broad accessibility. 

The Self-SDG project aims to harness the power of education and innovation to drive sustainable change. By leveraging technology, the project seeks to educate users about the SDGs and provide practical ways to contribute to their achievement. The app, meticulously designed and implemented by ASSIST Software, will serve as a vital resource for adolescents looking to enhance their commitment to sustainability.

The Self-SDG Mobile App is equipped with several features designed to engage users and foster sustainable practices: 

• Evaluate engagement: Users assess their current engagement with the SDGs through structured questions, helping them identify areas for growth. 
• Personalized recommendations: Based on users' responses, the app offers tailored challenges and recommendations. These personalized suggestions aim to help users increase their commitment to sustainability in a manageable and impactful way. 
• Group participation: By comparing their sustainability scores achieved within the app, users will be motivated to make continuous improvements and strive for better scores, thereby deepening their understanding and commitment to the SDGs. Furthermore, this feature creates a supportive environment where members can encourage each other towards sustainable behaviors.
