Job Description:
ASSIST Software is seeking an experienced and creative B2B Content Writer who is passionate about technology and B2B marketing. In this role, you will develop compelling content that strengthens our brand positioning, engages our audience, and supports lead-generation efforts.
You will be responsible for crafting high-quality digital content and ensuring that ASSIST Software's voice is consistent across all channels.
What will you be responsible for?
- Develop and execute a B2B content strategy tailored for audiences needing software development services.
- Write engaging long-form content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, eBooks, and newsletters.
- Create compelling short-form content for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Write and distribute press articles to enhance brand awareness and media presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex technical topics into accessible and engaging content.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices in digital marketing.
- Analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to create timely and relevant content.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by crafting executive ghostwriting pieces, expert interviews, and opinion articles.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for product launches, events, and partnerships.
What extra skills help?
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of German (B2 level or higher) is a plus.

- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B tech industry.
- In-depth experience with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Proven ability to translate technical topics into engaging content that drives conversions and supports sales objectives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
