This year, in line with Women's Month, we're thrilled to recognize two outstanding female colleagues as our Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs). They have consistently demonstrated dedication and contributed significantly to the success of every project since joining our company. Despite working in a predominantly male industry, they have excelled in their roles and added value through their opinions and unique perspectives.
Introducing our 2024 Women MVPs
Ionela Lungu, our Head of Human Resources, has been a team member for a decade, providing unwavering support to new and existing employees.
Viewed as a highly organized individual with a talent for keeping things running smoothly, Ionela truly shines with her excellent grasp of Human Resource management. Facing years of rapid growth, Ionela Lungu has stood by ASSIST Software as we developed and aligned ourselves with the best practices that make a company an inviting and familiar environment.
Her strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy allow her to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients, and she has been one of the steppingstones in building a team where understanding and support are paramount.
As Ionela fosters a positive work environment through her kind and effective communication style, we consider her an invaluable asset, always willing to go the extra mile to achieve her goals and support others.
Cătălina Micliuc, Vice President of PR and Communication, has revolutionized ASSIST Software's brand image with her innovative ideas, determination, and exceptional organizational skills.
Beyond strategic marketing, Cătălina showed us how exceptional marketing can shed light on fantastic projects. Building on the solid expertise of our software developers, she constructed a brand image that we can be proud of today.
With her guidance in PR and Communications, we know that we can sit at the most important tables within the industry and be coherent in how we sell our services and products.
With a focus on trust building and the desire to deliver ideas that will save the future, she actively contributes to the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation as vice president. She has represented us whenever the need to do good for the community arises.
Her commitment to professional development and ability to inspire those around her have solidified her position as a highly regarded person within ASSIST Software. Her empathy, collegiality, and ability to balance the project's needs with the team's have made her opinions and suggestions invaluable.
