Ideas worth spreading at TEDxAreni, powered by ASSIST Software

On the 1st of October, Suceava hosted its first on-site TEDx event at the “Matei Vișniec” Municipal Theatre. Almost 300 people attended a series of unique presentations by remarkable speakers who have greatly impacted their fields.
Leaving an imprint on the world raises a question of authenticity. Therefore, the overall theme of the TEDxAreni event was “The pursuit of authenticity”. How do we define authenticity, and how do we determine if something is authentic or not?
To help the audience answer such questions, speakers took the stage one by one and explained their viewpoints and how their opinions correlated with their life experiences and day-to-day work.

In addition, two very special music breaks highlighted talented musicians born in Suceava. A. C. Leonte, an award-winning composer and vocalist, took the stage after OXA, a synthwave-pop duo with a captivating sound. Actress Stefania Cîrcu was also called in and gladly accepted the challenge of presenting the event.
