Software Development Workshop with USV students

Saturday, 16th of May 2015 we were privileged to spend one day with students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Faculty of Economic Sciences and Public Administration Suceava sharing the same passion for software development. We were excited to see that so many young people, girls, and boys, are interested in building their careers even from the university years.
We strongly believe that it is very important for us as IT mentors to work on our ability to spot talent in others.
It's not just a case of observing that people are capable of doing now but seeing what they could be if we offer them the right training and development opportunities. That means we must take as much interest - if not more - in people as in technology.
So, we all have had a happy day sharing our experience, our values as a company, and our long term business vision.
Our collaboration with „Stefan cel Mare” Suceava University has grown from year to year. We had many projects together and we are proud to say that almost all of our Software Development Team members studied at Stefan cel Mare Suceava University and some of them are studying right now at different stages.
